How to download and install MacAfee Endpoint Security Package Designer?



McAfee Endpoint Security Package Designer is used to create customized client package that includes all the software programs for the user with preconfigured policies.

It creates files in zip format while installing ENS. It is mandatory to meet all the system requirements before downloading ENSPD tool.

Follow the instructions to download EPSPD tool on your computer or go to support.mcafee.com for detailed information on the download and installation steps-
  • Go to McAfee site and search for the product. 
  • Select McAFee Endpoint Security from the list. 
  • Click Installation filter and choose End Point Security Package Designer.
Check out the steps to download ENS on your system-
  • Go to McAFee official website and sign in to your account.
  • Select your product from the menu and choose Installation filter.
  • Select a complete installer package to download. 
Below is the method to run ENSPD tool-
  • Open EndPoint Security wizard. 
  • Browse source package file and designation folder for the package. 
  • Click Next. 
  • On the next page- Modify Package Screen, click Edit Settings, and then Next.
  •  Choose the modules for the package under Select Modules and Settings screen.
  •  Select the setting type- Custom or Default and then hit Next. 
  • Add Executables on this window to commence with either pre-installation or post-installation of ENS module.
  •  Add the pre-install and post-install modules in this step. 
  • Click Next.
  • After creating the package, recheck the contents of your selection, then, click Create. 
  • Select any one option in the Package Completed section.
  • Tap Finish and exit the wizard. 
Your folder will be saved in the destination folder. If you don’t know how to add pre-install and post-install modules or face any difficulty, go to Support.mcafee.com website.  Users can share problems with us via our Live Chat service.
